New neighborhoods, new paperwork
From Southern Highlands to Mountain's Edge, Enterprise is full of people who just bought, are about to sell, or are moving a home into a family trust. Those moves come with documents that need a notary.
Patricia brings her seal to your home or office, checks IDs and watches each signature. It takes one short visit instead of a trip across town.
Enterprise also has plenty of people who moved here from another state. Out-of-state paperwork, like a deed for property you still own back home or a form a relative needs, can usually be notarized here when you sign in front of Patricia. Bring any instructions that came with it.
Young families and estate planning
A new house is often the push to finally sign a will and trust. As one client, Wyatt D., DDS, put it: "Came the same day!!! So glad we finally got our will and trust set up." Bring the completed documents from your attorney or online service, unsigned. Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice.
