Business Document Notary in Las Vegas

Contracts, corporate forms and business affidavits notarized at your office. Your team stays at work, and Patricia comes to them.

Keep your people at their desks

Sending staff out to find a notary eats up the afternoon. Patricia comes to your office, conference room or job site instead. When several people need to sign, she can see them all in one visit.

She treats your paperwork with discretion and keeps the visit short and focused. She's NNA certified, background-checked, and bonded and insured ($1 million).

Documents she notarizes for businesses

  • Contracts and agreements that call for a notarized signature
  • Corporate resolutions and officer certificates
  • Affidavits for licensing, permits and vendor applications
  • Bank and financial institution forms that require a notary
  • Business powers of attorney
  • Documents for companies doing business in another state or country

How a business visit works

Call or text (702) 690-9757 with the document type, the number of signers, the address and a time that works. Patricia confirms the travel fee before she heads out. When she arrives, she checks each signer's ID, watches each person sign and completes the notarization.

If documents are going overseas, they may also need an apostille. Patricia handles those too. See apostilles.

Signing for the company? Some forms ask for your title, like manager, member or president. Fill that in before she arrives, or ask whoever prepared the form how it should read. Patricia can't choose the wording for you, but she'll make sure the notarization matches what's on the page.

What to have ready

  • A current government-issued photo ID for each signer
  • Completed documents, unsigned until Patricia is there
  • Each signer's title or role, if the document asks for it
  • A quiet room or desk where everyone can sign
  • Witnesses, if a document calls for them

A note on legal questions

Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice. Your attorney, accountant or the agency that issued the form does that. Have the paperwork finished before she arrives, and she'll make the notarization quick and correct.

Need a regular notary for your office? Call and talk with her about what your business signs most often. Her hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m.

Questions people ask

Can you notarize for several employees in one trip?

Yes. Tell Patricia how many signers and documents when you book so she can plan the visit. Each signer needs to be there in person with ID.

Do you come to job sites or warehouses?

Yes, as long as there's a safe, steady place to sign. Text her the address and any directions to find you.

Can you notarize a form for a company in another state?

Often, yes, if the signer is in front of her in Nevada and the form allows a Nevada notarization. Check with whoever will receive it.

What does a business visit cost?

Nevada law sets the fee per notarial act, and the travel fee is agreed before she heads out. See fees.
