Property paperwork, notarized where you are
Many property documents need a notary before a county recorder, title company or buyer will accept them. When the paperwork lands in your inbox, you shouldn't have to hunt for an open notary office. Text Patricia the document type and where you are, and she'll come to you.
Home sales don't stick to business hours. Patricia works weekdays until 7 p.m. and Saturday afternoons, which helps when a deadline sneaks up on you.
She notarizes for homeowners, sellers, buyers, landlords and family members passing property to the next generation. Tell her what kind of document it is, and she'll let you know what to expect.
Documents she notarizes
- Grant, bargain and sale deeds and quitclaim deeds
- Deeds moving property into or out of a trust
- Affidavits and sworn statements a title company asks for
- Seller and buyer documents sent by your title company, escrow officer or attorney
- Lease and property management forms that call for a notary
- Documents for property you own in another state
One thing she doesn't do: loan signings
Patricia isn't working as a loan signing agent right now. If you're closing on a mortgage or refinancing, your lender or title company will usually set up that signing. For deeds and the other papers above, she's glad to help.
She also doesn't prepare deeds or give legal advice. Your attorney or title company does that. Bring the finished document and she'll notarize it.
What to have ready
- A current government-issued photo ID for every signer, with names that match the document
- The completed document, unsigned until Patricia is there
- Any instructions from your title company or attorney
- Every signer present and willing to sign
- Witnesses, if the document calls for them
- No ID for a signer? Ask about credible witnesses.
Selling property back home?
Plenty of Las Vegas residents still own property in another state, and plenty of visitors need a deed signed while they're in town. Many out-of-state documents can be notarized in Nevada. Check with your title company that a Nevada notarization works for them, then call or text Patricia. She can meet you at your hotel.

Questions people ask
Can you notarize a quitclaim deed?
Yes, as long as it's complete and every signer is there with ID. Patricia doesn't prepare the deed or record it. Your attorney or title company handles that.
Do you do loan signings?
Not right now. Your lender or title company will usually arrange a loan signing. Patricia handles deeds, affidavits and other property documents.
Can you meet me at the property?
Yes, if there's a clean, steady place to sign and every signer can be there. Text her the address and any gate code.
