- A current government-issued photo ID for every signer
- Your documents, filled in completely but not signed yet. You'll sign in front of Patricia.
- Every signer present, aware of what they're signing, and willing
- Any witnesses your document calls for
- The address, plus a gate code, suite or room number if there is one
- No ID for a signer? Ask about credible witnesses.
Fees and hours
