Family paperwork in the northwest valley
Centennial Hills is a family neighborhood in the far northwest of Las Vegas, near Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs. Households here juggle mortgages, kids and aging parents, and the paperwork that comes with all three. Patricia meets you at home, so nobody has to arrange childcare or a ride.
She is a Nevada notary commissioned since December 2022, NNA certified, background-checked, and bonded and insured for $1 million. She speaks English and Spanish.
Hospital and care facility signings
Sometimes the signer can't come to anyone. If a parent is admitted to Centennial Hills Hospital or is staying in a rehab or care home, a power of attorney or healthcare directive may suddenly feel urgent. Patricia can go to the bedside, or to a care home in the area.
A few things make these visits go well. Check with the nurse that the signer is alert and able to sign. Bring their current government-issued photo ID, or ask about credible witnesses if it's missing. The signer must understand the document and want to sign it; a family member can't sign for them. See hospital and nursing home notary.
At home
Common home signings in Centennial Hills:
- Powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives.
- Living trusts and wills prepared by your attorney.
- Deeds and affidavits for a home sale or transfer.
- Travel consent forms for kids.
- Affidavits for school, insurance or a court case.
Good to know
Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice. Bring completed documents, unsigned. Notary fees are set by Nevada law, and any travel fee is agreed before she heads out. See fees. When you call, say whether the visit is a home or a facility, so she can plan for parking and check-in.
She also covers Lone Mountain, North Las Vegas and Summerlin. Hours: weekdays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 1 to 6 p.m. Outside these hours? Call or text and ask.

Questions people ask
Can you come to the hospital today?
Call or text (702) 690-9757 with the hospital, room, and the document. Patricia will tell you what she can do. Same-day visits depend on her schedule.
My mother can't hold a pen well. Can she still sign?
Ask Patricia when you call. Nevada has rules for signers who can't sign normally, and she'll explain what's possible.
Can I sign for my parent?
Only if you already hold legal authority to sign for them, and that's a question for an attorney. Otherwise the signer must sign personally.
