Need a Notary at Your Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip?

You're in Las Vegas for a trip or a convention and a document can't wait until you get home. Patricia comes to your hotel.

Notarizations for visitors

Patricia is a mobile notary, so she meets you where you're staying: in the lobby, a business center, a meeting room, or another spot the hotel allows. She has met clients on short notice before, but she can't promise a time; text her with your hotel and what you need and she'll tell you what's open.

Convention travelers at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the big resort conference halls also call her when a contract or corporate form needs a signature before they fly out.

What visitors usually need

Common requests from Strip hotel guests:

  • A document from your home state, such as a power of attorney, affidavit or vehicle form.
  • Business contracts or corporate forms. See business documents.
  • A form going to another country. If it also needs an apostille, see apostilles.
  • A sworn statement for an insurance claim or a court back home. See affidavits and legal documents.

Bring these to the lobby

Your completed document, unsigned. Your current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Every person who needs to sign, in person. If the receiving office back home wants specific notary wording, ask them before you meet. Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice.

If you're printing at the hotel, print every page, including any notary certificate page. Don't sign ahead of time on the plane or in your room; you'll sign in front of her.

Who you're meeting

Patricia Shabel is a Nevada notary commissioned since December 2022. She is NNA certified, background-checked, bonded and insured for $1 million, and she speaks English and Spanish, which helps many international guests.

“I had an outstanding experience with Patricia at Red Carpet Mobile Notary & Apostilles—truly concierge-level service from beginning to end. She came directly to my home to collect the paperwork and signatures, making the entire process effortless on my part. I needed an Apostille for documents being used overseas, and Patricia was incredibly knowledgeable—navigating everything from state-level processing to federal authentication and even coordinating with my embassy in Washington, D.C. What really impressed me was how seamless she made it. She had a trusted courier in Washington, D.C. to hand-deliver documents, kept me informed at every step, and her timelines were spot-on. I never once had to wonder what was happening or what came next—she handled everything with precision and professionalism. If you're looking for a true white-glove, hands-off experience at a very reasonable price, I highly recommend Patricia. You won't be disappointed.”
