Northwest Las Vegas, on your schedule
The Lone Mountain area takes its name from the peak that stands by itself in the northwest valley. It's a residential part of town, with established neighborhoods, newer subdivisions, and some larger lots. Residents here call a mobile notary for the same reason everyone does: the document needs a stamp, and the nearest counter isn't convenient.
Patricia is a Nevada notary commissioned since December 2022. She is NNA certified, background-checked, bonded and insured for $1 million, and she speaks English and Spanish.
Property owners with more to sign
Owners with a bigger lot, a guest house, or a second property often have more paperwork than most: a deed into a trust, an affidavit for the county, a lease, or a sale of a trailer or vehicle. Patricia notarizes the signatures on those documents. She doesn't check whether the deed or lease itself is right, so have your title company or attorney prepare it before she arrives. If a co-owner lives elsewhere, they'll need their own notary visit or appointment.
What people here usually sign
A few common examples:
- Deeds, affidavits and other property paperwork. See real estate documents.
- Trusts, wills and powers of attorney. See estate planning documents.
- Vehicle and title forms that need an acknowledged signature.
- Affidavits for a court, insurance company or school.
What she'll need from you
Your documents, complete and unsigned. A current government-issued photo ID for every signer. Signers who understand what they're signing and want to sign it. If someone has no ID, ask about credible witnesses.
Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice. Your attorney, title company, or the agency that issued the form can answer questions about its content.
