Downtown Las Vegas Mobile Notary for Legal and Court Papers

Downtown is where Las Vegas does its legal business. Patricia meets you at your office, your client's home, or a hospital room nearby.

Near the courthouses and government offices

The Regional Justice Center, the federal courthouse and Las Vegas City Hall are all downtown, and the law offices that serve them are close by. Court forms, affidavits and sworn statements move through here every day, and many need a notary before they're filed.

Patricia notarizes signatures. She doesn't prepare court forms or tell you what to file. Bring a completed document; your attorney, the court's self-help resources or the document's issuer can help you fill it out.

For law offices and their clients

Attorneys and paralegals call when a client can't come in, or when a signing needs to happen at a client's home or bedside. Patricia is NNA certified, background-checked, and bonded and insured ($1 million). She handles client documents discreetly and keeps the visit focused.

Downtown also has residents: loft dwellers, longtime homeowners in the older neighborhoods and people living near the Fremont Street area. Patricia comes to homes as readily as offices, for powers of attorney, trust documents and personal affidavits.

Hospital visits near downtown

University Medical Center and other hospitals sit just west of downtown. If a client or family member needs to sign from a hospital bed, Patricia can come. The signer must be aware and willing, with a current photo ID. See hospital and nursing home visits.

Hours, fees and booking

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m. Outside these hours? Call or text (702) 690-9757 and ask. Nevada law sets notary fees, and a jurat is $15 per signature. The travel fee is agreed in advance. See the fees page. Next door, Patricia also covers the Arts District and the Las Vegas Strip.

Patricia speaks English and Spanish, which helps when a client or witness is more comfortable in Spanish. If the document is headed to another country, mention that when you call so she can tell you whether it may also need an apostille.

Questions people ask

Can you meet me at the courthouse?

Call or text with where you'd like to meet. Patricia will tell you what works. Bring your completed, unsigned document and photo ID.

Can you tell me which court form I need?

No. That is legal advice, and a notary can't give it. Ask an attorney or the court's self-help center, then call Patricia to notarize.

Do you notarize documents for use in another country?

Yes, and some of those also need an apostille. See apostilles.
