Paperwork for a long-time home
Many people in Green Valley North have been in the same house for years. Their documents have aged with them. A trust written when the kids were small may need an amendment. A will may need a new executor. A parent may need a power of attorney or a healthcare directive before a surgery.
These are the signings Patricia does most. She brings her seal to your living room, checks everyone's ID, and walks you through where to sign. She doesn't rush and she doesn't give legal advice. Your attorney prepares the papers; she makes sure they are signed and notarized correctly.
Patricia speaks English and Spanish, so grandparents and grandchildren can follow along in whichever language feels natural. Clients who've had her over describe her as warm and easy to talk to.
Selling, gifting or retitling the house
Long-held homes change hands. Patricia can notarize the deeds and affidavits that come with selling, moving a house into a trust, or adding a family member to title. See real estate documents for what she does handle.

Questions people ask
My mother lives with us and can't drive. Can you notarize her power of attorney at home?
Yes. Patricia comes to the house. Your mother needs a current photo ID and must understand and agree to what she is signing. If her ID has expired, ask about credible witnesses.
How much is the travel fee?
It's an hourly travel fee that Nevada law caps, and Patricia explains it and agrees it with you before she heads out. Notary fees themselves are set by law.
