Spring Valley Mobile Notary, West of the Strip

Spring Valley mixes apartments, condos and single-family homes, and the people who live there need all kinds of documents notarized. Patricia comes to whichever door is yours.

Renters, owners and everyone in between

Spring Valley sits just west of the Strip. If you work long or odd hours, a notary who drives to you can save you a day off. Patricia sees tenants signing affidavits, owners selling or retitling homes, and landlords handling property paperwork.

Patricia comes to apartments, condos, houses, offices and coffee shops. If your complex has a gate or a front desk, tell her how to reach your door when you book.

  • Deeds and other real estate documents
  • Affidavits and sworn statements
  • Travel consent letters for children
  • Powers of attorney and trust documents

Bedside signings at Spring Valley Hospital

A hospital stay can make a power of attorney or healthcare directive urgent. Patricia goes to Spring Valley Hospital and other hospitals, nursing homes and rehab centers in the area. The signer must be aware and willing, with a current photo ID. If the ID is missing or expired, ask about credible witnesses. See hospital and nursing home visits.

Clients notice the calm. Yanick D. called her "an absolute lifesaver" after needing a notary on short notice.

How it works

Call or text (702) 690-9757. Tell Patricia what needs notarizing and where. Have your documents complete but unsigned, since you sign in front of her. She doesn't draft documents or give legal advice; your attorney or the document's issuer does that.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m. Outside these hours? Call or text and ask. Nevada law sets notary fees; the travel fee is agreed before she leaves. Details are on the fees page.

Nevada notaries may not certify copies of birth, death or marriage certificates or divorce decrees. For those, contact the office that issued the record.
