Privacy first
The Ridges is one of Summerlin's guard-gated neighborhoods. People who live there often have trusts, property, and business interests that they'd rather not discuss in a bank lobby or a shipping store. Patricia is a mobile notary who comes to the house, handles the signing quietly, and leaves. Her office is close by on W. Park Run Drive.
She is NNA certified, background-checked, and bonded and insured for $1 million. She has held a Nevada notary commission since December 2022.
Getting through the gate
When you book, give Patricia the name the guard will need and add her to your guest list. Tell her if there's a second gate, a house manager, or a specific door to use. Clear directions keep the appointment short and quiet.
What she notarizes in The Ridges
Ridges clients most often call about these:
- Trust funding paperwork, amendments and restatements prepared by your attorney.
- Wills, durable powers of attorney and healthcare directives.
- Deeds and affidavits for property transfers.
- Business documents for owners who work from home. See business documents.
- Documents headed overseas, which may later need an apostille. See apostilles.
What to have ready
Documents should be complete and unsigned, with every signer present and holding a current government-issued photo ID. Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice. Your attorney or the document's issuer does that. If your attorney has given you signing instructions, have them on hand. If one signer lives out of town, plan the visit for when they're here, since everyone signs in person.
Also close by: Summerlin, Summerlin West and Downtown Summerlin.
Scheduling around your day
Hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 1 to 6 p.m. Outside these hours? Call or text and ask. If several family members or a business partner need to sign, tell Patricia up front so she plans enough time, and so any travel fee is agreed before she heads out. Notary fees themselves are set by Nevada law; see fees.
