Family paperwork, done at home
East-valley families often have several generations under one roof, and the paperwork reflects it. Grandparents sign a power of attorney. Parents sign a consent letter so a child can travel with a relative. Someone needs an affidavit for court, a school or an employer.
Getting everyone to an office at the same time is hard. Having the notary come to the house is easier.
Patricia also visits nursing homes and private homes when an older relative can't travel. See hospital and nursing home visits.

- Affidavits and other legal documents
- Vehicle and property paperwork that needs a notary
En español, sin problema
Patricia speaks Spanish well, and her clients say so. Ximena L. wrote: "Muy buena, atenta y rápida, habla muy muy bien español y es comunicativa." If Spanish is easier for you or your parents, just say so when you call. See our Spanish page.
What every signer needs
Each signer needs a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID or passport. If someone doesn't have a valid ID, ask about credible witnesses. Documents must be filled out but not signed. Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice; your attorney or the document's issuer does that.
Note: Nevada notaries may not certify copies of birth, death or marriage certificates or divorce decrees. Order those from the office that issued them.
Patricia is NNA certified, background-checked, and bonded and insured ($1 million). You're welcoming a professional into your home, and she treats it that way.
Hours and cost
